The Cowfish Takes “Surf n’ Turf” to a New Level

 Steak and seafood is your usual surf n’ turf, but have you heard of burgers and sushi coming together in the same restaurant? If you think that’s good, you’re gonna love their innovative twists on gourmet burger and sushi. For example, they have burger rolls. Burger. Rolls. What is a burger roll, you ask? It is all the ingredients of a good burger rolled up sushi-style. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. The food was colorful and flavorful; the burgers were delightfully juicy and the sushi was incredibly fresh. The creativity seemed to be radiating from every bright decoration and platter, and especially from its unique way to entertain children if the wait was long.

They have electronic devices the size of doors that allow you to create your own fish. You can choose any fish that you’d like and customize it in any way you want, including colors and accessories. Some of our favorite dishes included the “C.B.C.L.T,” which consisted of a beef patty, cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cowfish sauce on a brioche bun and the “Taste Explosion Roll” which contained Angus beef, applewood bacon, jalapeno, spicy mayo, coated with tempura flakes, and topped off with Roma tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and cashew cilantro pesto.It’s such a shame that this amazing restaurant is all the way in City Walk, Orlando! Although they may sound odd at first, they’re outstanding and each one-in-a-lifetime dishes.
